Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Administration Assistant for our firm , location Dubai.

Job Description:
– Answer and direct phone calls

– Maintain contact lists

– Book travel arrangements

– Organize and schedule appointments

– Submit and reconcile expense reports

– Provide general support to visitors

– Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

– Develop and maintain a filing system

– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

– Update and maintain office policies and procedures

– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants

– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Job Responsibilities :

– Strong communication skills.

– Good written and spoken English.

– Highly advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

– Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.

– Attention to detail and problem solving skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

– Experience within logistics would also be considered advantageous
