·         Direct and coordinate company sales in MENA region. ·         Direct and oversee the company market penetration to identify and develop new customers for products. ·         Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities. ·         Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. ·         Develop and manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. ·         Plan and coordinate client meetings at international offices and showrooms to plan and discuss annual turnover budget and range plans. ·         Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. ·         Participate in the development of new project proposals. ·         Establish and implement short- and long-range sales goals and strategies. ·         Provide input into the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials. ·         Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. ·         Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. ·         Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. ·         keep customer databases up to date with our products and stock levels ·         approve incoming LPOs before processing ·         pre-approve returns from customer ·         responsible for achievement of revenue, profit and unit sales ·         increase customer retention and efficient distribution plans for the market ·         achieve pre-determined operational targets by defining and implementing business plans ·         continuously monitor and evaluate sales achievements by promoting activities Key Requirements: ·         Build strong and long term win-win relations with our customers & the trade and the own team ·         Innovate & implement an integrated sales plan by channel of distribution / customers / brands / product according to the company strategies & objectives ·         Be able to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. ·         Build an effective sales organization (including sales admin., trade marketing, merchandisers) in order to deliver excellent customer service and fulfill customers` needs ·         Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. ·         Lead, guide, support and motivate the sales team ·         Manage promotional plan, merchandising program, bookings, shipments, service level Skills: ·         Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC in a similar job profile (preferably FMCG of international brands) ·         Loaded with rich experience in Sales and Management/Leadership role ·         Minimum - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent ·         Candidate must have excellent English skills (written & Verbal), Arabic skills are an advantage ·         Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) ·         Strong administration and communication skills with knowledge of office processes, procedures and technology. ·         Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the GCC or beyond ·         Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. ·         Must be assertive, highly quality conscious and should be capable of managing independently. ·         Maintain a high level of Integrity, loyalty, professionalism and confidentiality
